Rebecca Wycoff

Rebecca Wycoff is a dedicated theater professional with a lifelong passion for the arts and a strong interest in the administrative and operational work that brings organizations to life. She discovered her love for live performance at a young age and began exploring behind-the-scenes roles at a performing arts high school, taking on increasing responsibilities and stage managing her first production her junior year.

At Elon University, Rebecca double majored in Theatrical Design and Technology, with a concentration in Stage Management, and Media Analytics. Her experience spans educational and professional theater, including her work with Royal Caribbean International, where she gained valuable experience coordinating productions, collaborating with diverse teams, and working in a fast-paced professional environment. Her administrative and leadership experience has further strengthened her skills in organization, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.

Known for her organization, creativity, and collaborative spirit, Rebecca enjoys finding ways to keep people, projects, and operations moving smoothly. She is excited to bring her theater background and administrative skills to roles that support both the creative work and the people behind it.
